After studying food technology at school, I found a passion and flare for cake carving and decorating. During my years at college, I worked part time as a chef in a small pub kitchen, gaining invaluable experience. I went on various different cake course, including Squires intensive cake decorating course. Finally I decided to make my passion my career.
I completed a 9 month diploma in patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu London in 2015 and since then have gone on to work in some of the best restaurants in London, including the world famous Ivy, in Leicester Square and Michelin starred restaurant La Trompette in Chiswick.
Cake decorating is still one of my favourite things to do, I love the challenge of making each cake unique and pushing the boundaries with the 3D cakes.
